Honoring the Legacy of Guy Heilman
The Heilman Scholarship, established by the Rotary Club of Point West – Sacramento (PWR), is dedicated to the memory of Guy Heilman, a cherished club member and song leader. This scholarship is made possible through generous donations from Mr. Heilman’s family, PWR members, and PWR Club fundraisers, and is awarded annually.
The Heilman Scholarship is available to graduating seniors pursuing higher education at a trade/technical school, 2-year college, or 4-year college, and is open to students interested in trade fields (e.g., automotive, construction, dental/medical, police/fire) as well as traditional academic paths. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and plan to further their education past high school. Applications are due annually on May 1.
